Return & Personalised items
Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged, faulty, or personalised incorrectly by me. I send a preview of all personalised items before dispatch and will contact you if I need clarification. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging if there is a problem with your order so I can resolve the issue.
Postage and Processing
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. I aim to dispatch orders the next working day whenever possible, but please allow 2–4 working days for processing, particularly for personalised items. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
